This tip describes how to create a single template page that can be used to present several different views from the same Web application. This will allow you to present all views nicely.

First, the template will not be a page but a form. Create it, create a computed field query_string and hide it from the Web users.

Next, create a computed view with formula in it -- viewName + @RightBack(Query_String; "&") -- where viewName is what your set of views starts with. (Please note that you don't have to use this and can pass the whole view name as a parameter.) The formula returns the rest of the view name, which might be the department, such as HR or Purchasing.

Using HR as an example, to open a view in your outline, use a URL with the following value: http://yourURLAddress/yourDatabase.nsf/tempalteForm?openForm&HR.

If you have a header with some information in it based on the view name, you can create a display field where, based on the @RightBack(Query_String; "&") formula, you show different text.

I really don't recommend using this technique for all your views. But if you have a set of similar views, like for each department or each stage of your application, then this is a perfect solution.
