QUESTION POSED ON: 18 October 2005
I am using Domino 6.5.x. I need to restrict who can send Internet mail. Users in my organizational unit should be able to send Internet mail only from an office mailfile, not from their personal mailfile. But at the same time, we want our users to be able to send mail from their personal mailfile to internal Notes domains. How can we accomplish this?

EXPERT RESPONSE
See Domino Administrator / Configuration / Server / Configuations / server-name / Router / Restrictions / SMTP Outbound. Using these set-up controls, you should be able to do what you want.
